We work solo, along with amazing artists as well as various kinds of audiences to surrender into the mystery of Herstory revealed through movement, music and performance.
A majestic movie will also showcase the power, wisdom and resilience of nature speaking out through plants, animals and minerals,
planet, cosmos and spirit,
as well as eros, sound and silence.

as well as around the world, in the context of our residencies and tours.
We also intervene in schools, public institutions and the private sector.
Art-Being-Performance
Performing, coming etymologically from « giving a form », is explored here as an art to giving birth to oneself and to the other in a collective and relational context. Drop the masks, any roles and welcome the pure truth of what is. Develop this compassionate look that doesn’t judge or evaluate, seeing the reality beyond forms: our unity, revealing the stunning beauty of our humanness.

Galactic Dance
The guided collective soul practice that I have invented involving movement, presence and connection with oneself, others and the environment, to open up space for liberation and free self-expression through the body, voice and sound. It is integrating Art, Cosmic Chamanism and Tantra.
The Galactic Dance is initiating us into a new dimension, opening up space for our human expansion, evolution and expression.
Learning to move and dance with life is the path to health, happiness and a savorous, meaningful existence.
The first stage involves focusing one's attention inward, centering oneself and allowing life to flow freely within. In the second stage, we connect with others, and in the third stage, we experiment with different ways of creating, communicating and collaborating collectively to reveal what is happening in the present moment. Galactic Dance increases awareness, cohesion and resilience in individuals and groups.

Galactic Dance Weekly Workshops happening in Sète, South of France, in 2024
The vision of my role in the world appeared to me more or less 7 years ago into manifesting a “planetary choreography”.
"Danser! Galactic Dance" is aimed at anyone wishing to express themselves bodily and artistically, to summon the body and the voice for a liberated, whole and embodied communication, to bring their message, their presence and influence to the world and ultimately to live their dreams in a concrete way, through the art of improvisation, composition and performance.
The origin meaning of "performance" is actually to give a form.
“Amateurs” and “professionals” will be able to find an intimate, open and expansive space for exploration, through bodywork, guided improvisation structures, instant composition and individual and collective creation. The relationship to the stage, to interpretation and to the gaze of others through the notion of "public" will also be integrated as supporting materials for creation.
Dance has the power to connect us to the senses, to the here and now, to each other. The body becomes a sensor of this unspeakable which could want to be said in the always singular fabric of the relationships which appear at time t, in a given and equally constructed place. The voice acts as an additional bridge between the inside and the outside, the general and the particular, the intimate and the universal. The staging, in movement and in words, therefore becomes a significant participation of a commitment, an experience and a volume, generating life, emotions and links.
This workshop acts as an expression laboratory in movement which invites us to reappropriate the path of the body, of perception, of intention and of imagination to intercede in the relationship with oneself, with the other and with the world for a liberation of presence, of anchoring and presence, of communication and the fullness of exchanges, of sensitivities and of our humanity.
We shared our work to friends and curious people on the occasion of our last session with a public performance on June 19.

I like to share the fruits of this beautiful journey I had. During the experience of the Workshop I learned that my body carries wisdom that wants to be discovered, expressed and seen.

Also about the fact that I had not been taught such tools of expression earlier. And still I feel more comfortable to just listen to my mind.
