Chamanism is the root of our existence as a species, the way peoples have originally been with what is, living in a symbiotic way with minerals, plants and animals.

Human and divine, knowing and not-knowing. Embracing polarities, paradox and complexity, as a catalyst for love, connection and transformation. Reaching and revealing our shared ground of being - understanding deeply that your truth is your knowledge. Owning and experiencing this, we land fully here and now, within - and out - of our skin, in ecstasy, and union - unbound compassion of our hearts.

We will experience connection to nature, to oneself and to each other, as the One path to Love, Unity in Diversity, integration of Life - with tenderness, compassion, awareness and creativity.

At the core of this living art, there is a mystery, and we will learn to move with it and through it, being moved by it - letting go the need to control it, denying it or repressing it - accepting our vulnerability as our strengh, as the sacred doors to intimacy, connection and freedom.

Seeing and loving ourselves is becoming free from conditioning, toxicity and repeating patterns, expanding our capacity to create, and to walk the talk - aligning action, word and thought - manifesting vitality, pleasure and purpose - holistic health - a life full of joy, peace and meaning.

In this foundational week-end, we will :

Establish the Ground for Peace - innerly and socially, with connection, communication and courage;

Embody ourselves, integrating thought, emotion and intuition, anchoring in presence, breath and the Witness to embrace the natural flow of life ;
Express our Truth, expanding our curiosity, care and charisma, creating, voicing and wording, building the timeline we have decided to for ourselves, and our beautiful planet.

Experiences may include :

meditation, chamanic breath work, conscious mouvement and sharings
direct connection with the land and the Earth, celestial bodies and cosmic cycles
subtle communication with minerals, plants and animals
tantric and chamanic rituals including contact, touch, tantra massage and possible nudity, sacred geometry, temple arts and systemic constellation work, possibly happening outside in nature
alchemy with elements, archetypes, time, symbols, myths, clay, cristals and possible costumes and masks
creativity with performance art and crafts including music, theater, dancing, singing, stripping, writing, painting, modeling, eventually cooking

integral and system theory, spiral dynamics, values systems, organization and culture transformation tools

Inspired from a journey through body chakras, each week-end will seed the frame to explore, transform and expand a dimension of being, both in the personal and transpersonal levels - empowering you to step up wherever you are in your journey. Some pieces may land or germinate long after, and the diversity of the group will make it possible to work on different layers simultaneously. Because, as this is a Path, it is also all available to you, here and now. A more detailed program will be communicated soon.

You can participate to 1, 3 or all week-ends. To access the extra / last week-end in 2028 (date to be set), you will need to have attended first to 3 week-ends.

They will all happen in Switzerland, at the same place or in different locations.

After the whole training, and the integration time you will need, you will be able to live your life as a tantric, possibly chamanic and integral peace research practitioner, following life and devoting entirely to it, walking with integrity, power and sovereignty, in interdependence with the living and our global ecosystem. More than entering a specific spiritual path, this training is about empowering you to create your own practice, meaning and legitimacy to being human, and who you are. You will know how to communicate with yourself, others and the living, to establish and nurture sound grounds for healing, peace and integral growth, evolutionary processes and thriving relationships. You will feel turned on by your life, devoting your life energy to your life's work, experiencing an ecstatic body-mind-soul and creating an healthy lifestyle, expanding trust, responsibility and potentially growing sustainable partnerships, collaborations and organizations into the New Earth.

Logistics

We will start on Friday, 27 November at 10am and will finish on Sunday, 29 November at 4pm.

The retreat will take place in a beautiful, cosy chalet in nature, in the car-free village Wengen (1274m), near Interlaken (Swiss Alps).Nearest train station and parking are in Lauterbrunnen, closest airports are in Bern and Zürich. Take a lift with the train at Lanterbrunnen to Wengen and finish the journey by a 20-minute-walk to reach the chalet (the address will be given to you after registration). If you need, we can also order a taxi for you.

Accommodation & Food : simple, double or triple rooms (shared bathrooms), 1 suite available, delicious healthy food (mainly vegetarian).

We will generally alternate 3-hour-sessions with 3-hour-breaks to have a balance in between group experiences, rest and integration.

« 10 years ago I walked into my first tantra seminar and it has been a revelation. The way had been opened 2 years before in a chamanic workshop, as well as in 5 Rythms free dance, women’s Moon circles and an in-depth 3-year-somatotherapy. So naturally, I have woven these approaches into my life, and experienced beauty, power and self-acceptance to the point of realizing and offering my own transmission.

A year later I visited a spiritual community in Italy and this opened to me the Galactic dimension, which I entered aside a group of people, catalyzing an initiatory relationship and my project, Galactica.

Continuously training, growing and offering transformative experiences, In 2022 I assisted Margot Anand in one of her retreats in Portugal and introduced her to Tamera. I wove tantra massage with chamanism with the Cocoon approach developed by Jean-Paul Lacroix, and started to offer tantra massage professionnally in 2024, after creating and developing the "Galactic Dance". You can come and experience my Galactic Love evenings in Zürich, or the Galactic Wave online every Monday morning.

Since I started to make conscious decisions at 15 I dedicated myself to explore, know and make a change in the world and Humanity, travelling to all continents to defend human rights, supporting participative democracy, working as a consultant-facilitator in organizations' transformation with collective intelligence, strategy and innovation. I create this training and open this space to empowering today’s Galactic and world heroes, the ones whom are ready to standing up, owning their futures and walking the Path of Freedom.

Getting back to magic is very much like getting back to childhood.

The adult world has created separation and schizophrenia, becoming split.

Recomposing the puzzle is the chance to live consciously, unity in diversity, freedom in aloneness, and togetherness, as it is.

Language is a bridge. Silence is a bridge.

The child is not responsible, s.he just is, pure life, creation, reaction, impulsivity.

Adulthood is about living this state consciously, while integrating the me-you-us separation, connexion and devotion paradigm.

As without limit, there is no meeting.

Walk the Path to the Self with me...

The Path to the Self

"I arrived in Switzerland welcomed by another *servant to the Goddess*, who joyfully devoted to me in his « Temple of Feminine Sovereignty », offering me his room to sleep (while staying somewhere else), cooking for us delicious food for 3 days, and did all what he could to support my landing in Switzerland. We exchanged massages as two *monks* and keep on sharing, in a very precious embodied research & learning process about our paths and practices.

I celebrated the passage into the New Year again this time singing songs in reverence of love and nature around the bonfire, into the woods and under the stars, without planning it, as it had gracefully happened already last year. I met there a girl who invited me then to another jam at her place, opening up the door to a beautiful community where I could possibly stay if I want to, with a place to dance, offer workshops and massage sessions, and above all, a group of friends that felt like family.

And on, and on, and on. I talked to a girl who wanted to find inspiration and courage to leave her *security job* to go and travel the world, about the famous book « The Alchemist », from Paulo Coelho. Life is a journey, traveling is a way of life, a way to learn how to live. I am proudly standing as an example of that. When you are One, doors are opening up everywhere, for you follow the path of your Self, and Self is a reality that integrates us as individuals, collectives, the living, Planet and Cosmos.

And the key to enter this magic, blissful, fluid dimension of life is to be conscious of - but also being able to move - our body. And voice. The deeper we ground, the more sensitive we become, expanding our consciousness to include the other - making decisions not only according to « I », but to « We ». We soften. This is the path of Union. Union with Self. With oneself, and with the world.

Tantra is a path and tantric massage a practice to step into Life, and Life is always new, recovering from any pain, separation, illness, and even death, following on the sense of evolution. Expanding our body awareness and our senses, we can release obsolete programming of our cells and nervous system / brain, heart, guts ; we create a space where a new design can emerge, the shape of you, of your soul, your identity. This may be one of the most sacred jobs, to facilitate and initiate the birth of your Self.

And when the tree bear fruits, the encounters, recognition, and the money come. Money is only a piece of the puzzle. A symbol among others in a galaxy of signs, in a specific area of time. Money only will not make you rich. Self + money will. Sex only will not make you healthy. Self + sex will. Power only will not make you safe. Self + power will. Because Self gives life to things. And so, changing our gaze and stories around these, and around ourselves in relationship to these, we change our capacity to engage with them, to hold them, to express them.

Now I feel really thrilled to invite you to walk this path with me, the Path to the Self. To full autonomy. Fullness. Enough of « not being enough ». Enough of fear. Enough of should.
